• Hockey Wales Executive lead, working with the Executive team to ensure the efficient operational effectiveness of the organisation is maintained and provide motivational support for all staff• Oversee the organisations financial/budget management and the Sport Wales Resilience Fund• Act as a point of contact for supporting Board activities and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, particularly Sport Wales.• Oversee the organisation’s return to sport process, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and implemented and a return to sport occurs once it is safe to do so. • Continue to deliver on role outcomes of Head of Development

Tutor the the new route into hockey, 4689 leadership award to new potential 4689 leaders.

- Develop the hockey inclusion within my specified area. - Work with schools and clubs to help increase the effectiveness of pathways between the two. - Organise local hockey events for schools to participate in competitively or recreationally. - Work specifically with hockey clubs within the area to help develop their club in the ways in which they want to. - Provide as many children as possible with a hockey experience with the hope that they take the pathway to play at club level on a regular basis.

My responsibilities include, - Linking with communities first areas. - Identify new hockey doorstep sport clubs that allows us to reach out to a wider target audience. - Create partnerships with Street Games leads to discuss opportunities for Hockey. - Take hockey to new areas across South East Wales.

-Assist in organisation of fundraising events-Help grow youth section by delivering taster sessions in local schools-Administer the social media sites for the club, making regular updates of fixtures, results and club development -Umpire all level games over the duration of the weekend fixtures

• Identify relevant grant funding opportunities to support and sustain the organisation. • Generate sufficient income for the organisation to support the provision of existing and new community provision. • Effectively manage the unit to enable a long term viability of the organisation. • Identify suitable research funding to underpin research activity. • Prepare application bids for external research and consultancy projects. • Work closely with delivery officers to consult on efficient funding use for delivery. • Create partners within the local community that can support the funding income for community provision. • Effectively maintain the financial accounts, helping the organisation to remain in a stable financial state.

1. Events and project support - Work with local GDW Officers on local and regional projects assisting in roles such as organising events, delivering activity, promotion, data collection and the review process. 2. Marketing and communication - An active user of social network accounts such as twitter and facebook and assist in the national distribution of project materials. 3. Performance - Attend national squad events to provide support to players and staff. 4. Golf Union of Wales Coaching Centre - Support this brand new initiative by carrying out site visits to relevant centres. 5. Championships support - Attend national championships to support the championship manager and volunteers with live scoring updates, managing social media updates, photography and course marshalling. 6. Research - Assist with the management of club surveys. 7. Administration - work closely with office staff on a variety of office based duties. 8. Website and case studies - Collate information from all members of staff for website updates and case studies.

Manage a team of delivery officers and assist in the organisation of their projects being undertaken. Built partnerships with relevant new networks to aid in the delivery and marketing of new projects, providing a greater line of support for the project potential.

Coordinate local community projects to all target groups within the area of Rhondda Cynon Taf, contributing to increase participation in sport within RCT.

Coordinate 3 separate projects within Rhondda Cynon Taf, encouraging the increase of women's participation in sport and physical activity. This was done by creating new partnerships within the local area to help deliver and promote sessions.
