I'm Hannah, a thirty-something Marketing and Comms person who's never without a notebook and is always a little bit frantic. Thank the ADHD for that. I've spent most of my career in and around recruitment businesses, particularly SMEs with a start-up mentality and a growth mindset. Some of them were great, some of them were not, but I learned things from all of them. I've lent my hand to so many different things over the years, including process building, office management and tons of resourcing, but marketing always had my heart. Following a move to Sheffield, and a chance meeting with an old connection of mine, I made the decision that this was what I wanted to stick with and I now look after all of Sewell Wallis' marketing. I'm one of those annoying people that really loves their job, and I honestly feel like I learn something new every day - I guess that's the beauty of changing careers at 30.I'm a big advocate for us neurodivergent folk, passionate about people (particularly women) doing whatever the hell makes them happy, and a staunch supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. When I'm not at work writing copy or figuring out how to edit video ten years after I finished my Film degree, I'm likely planning something, whether it's an event, a camping trip or a dinner party, or I'm too far gone into a Stardew Valley session and I won't sleep til about 2am. Life's about balance.
