Reporting directly into Tricia Guild, Founder & Creative Director, I oversee allshowroom project management & design, ensuring each projectaligns with our brand’s DNA and vision.- Manage and lead a small team to create, translate and curate detailed showroom designs and floorplans for individual markets, whilst adhering to key brand design guidelines, remaining withinbudget and analysing past sales to influence future trends. - Ensured future overheads of delivering showroom updates were reduced by 30%.- Work closely with sales managers, showroom teams and individual brand leads to deliver showroom designs for individual brands under Designers Guild, such as Ralph Lauren, Christian Lacroix, William Yeoward, John Derian and English Heritage.- Lead and directed a team on European travel to all showrooms to install new season displays, ensuring products are merchandised effectively and creatively, within tight timeframes and withminimal impact to customers and clients.- Oversee all display, merchandising and design installations for all wider worldwide markets - including Japan and America, to ensure brand guidelines are meticulously followed.- Liaise with multiple departments, including purchasing, pricing, despatch and product development to ensure that stock is reserved and received on time for the required events & installations.- Oversee and manage WIP accounts for all Showroom Displays, ensuring transfers and recharges are made at the end of each season.- Reduced lead times from product ordering to installation by 10% whilst ensuring all key deliverables and deadlines are met Show less
