The World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program, containing 80,000 members, provides medical monitoring and treatment for responders at the WTC and related sites in New York City, Washington, D.C. (Pentagon), and Shanksville, PA, and survivors in the New York City disaster area. Responsibilities focused on providing services needed by individuals affected to include: * Provide services to WTC Health Program members who are directly impacted, responders or survivors for a variety of health conditions.* Manage member certifications and record information; QA for federal regulations final approval.* Analyze individual cases (e.g. business situations, use cases, preauthorization request, utilization management review, etc.) against existing processes and frameworks to generate a recommended resolution or course of action. * Mentor and guide team members to ensure all are trained in program knowledge and capable of performing assigned duties.* Clean, maintain and update database for accuracy of all reports.* Implement and revise project policies and procedures. Update manuals.* Establish and maintain data integrity and accuracy for CDC client.* Identifies, creates, collects and manages data required to support and improve business performance.
