-Planned all large-group programming for prospective students visiting campus and collaborated with Marketing Department to produce communication material for events-Met individually with 200+ prospective students and attended 50+ recruitment events per year-Acted as informational resource and expert on programs through telephone calls, emails, text messages, and in-person appointments

-Developed effective recruitment plans to fill open positions; reviewed applications, averaged 100 recruiting calls per week, conducted one-on-one interviews, organized large and small group orientations and onboarding sessions-Developed internal and external sourcing strategies, including technology dependent recruiting and sourcing tactics

-Implemented and oversaw training and development programs for over 150 students including hall council training, professional development dinner, leadership training, hall council RA-advisor meet and greet, golden flash award, and the LEADER initiative-Served as the point of contact for recruitment of 180 hall council members and as a liaison for the National Residence Hall Honorary
