As an airport crew chief at Envoy Air, I am responsible for handling baggage, cargo, and mail, as well as operating ground equipment and vehicles. I have been working in this role for 1 year, and I enjoy managing and leading a team that ensures the safety and efficiency of the flights. Before joining Envoy Air, I worked as a library student employee and an office assistant at Eastern Kentucky University, where I gained valuable skills in office operations, customer service, interpersonal relationships, and Microsoft PowerPoint. I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in December 2022 with a bachelor's degree in aviation/airway management and operations, a field that I am passionate about and eager to learn more. My education and experience have equipped me with the knowledge and competencies to pursue a career in the aviation industry, where I can contribute to its growth and innovation.
