Led a team of 10 student leaders on the cabinet representing class of 2026. Fostered a "Lead with Love" mentality on campus and pushed for self-love and advocacy while loving those around you as well, including differences. Executed 10+ events on campus for entire student body and exceeded estimated attendance metrics for 95% of all events.

Mentored high school and undergraduate girls from all over the world. Provided weekly sessions based on their individual, unique goals and gave them insights/tools to not just succeed but excel in everything they set out to do!

Returned to Equinix as the Community Impact Intern. Helped drive projects and initiatives to ultimately bridge the digital divide. Conducted benchmarking research on employee volunteer recognition. Lastly, competed in the "Shark Tank" style intern competition, where I presented on Pathways to Tech and received the Fan Favorite award!

Used my Spanish-speaking abilities at a local nonprofit to teach adults from various backgrounds within the United States and other countries English through live Zoom classes. Lesson planned weekly outside of class time and then presented those lessons to the students through examples, videos, conversations, etc. As a volunteer, it was crucial to not only provide the best education but also make students comfortable and create a safe space to better their professional and communicative skills. This prepared the students for the workplace and how to be better adjusted within predominantly English speaking communities.
