Current• Use my legal experience to review complex legal title in detail ensuring all vital and relevant details are challenged and shared with all appropriate stakeholders. • Leading a team of people, to motivate them to deliver the best experience for our clients and refers, carrying out regular one-to-ones, appraisals and ensuring critical legal training is completed.• Creating and managing referral accounts including establishing a business relationship, regular networking and providing exceptional service to maximise volume of referrals. • Implementing a process to manage financial targets against a budget and report these into weekly meetings with equity partners.• Provide cover for all residential property matters in the absence of Partners and Solicitors• Deliver the best possible legal experience for clients, ensuring queries are dealt with professionally, promptly and consciously in what is often a very challenging time for them.
