I am a third-year student-athlete in the Individualized School of Study at RIT. This program was the best choice for me as I am able to focus on my two concentrations, Residential Architecture and Marketing Design. Through taking undergraduate Architecture courses, as well as marketing and social media design, I am able to connect these two areas for business strategies and architectural skills and pursuits. With my studio work, I have been allocated to think outside the box and be collaborative with others while refining every last detail. My first two years of college were spent at Onondaga Community College, earning an Associate's degree in Mathematics & Science. Through participating in student government and serving on the Board of Trustees, I learned the most valuable skills in building relationships, networking, and pursuing my own passions. These experiences also helped me to work towards the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence. While being a student-athlete my entire life, time management, accountability, and hardworking have played extensive roles in my work and personal life. I played on the OCC women's basketball team, while making two consecutive national tournament appearances and am now a current member of RIT women's basketball team.
