Generally, my calls involve making a dull transactional experience such as withdrawing from a 401k, into a positive experience where the customer feels fully informed and educated. Using what the company refers to as the STRIVE model, with Fidelity Investments, we promote excellent customer service and help people from all over the country. Day-to-day tasks include being informed of any updates to accounts, utilizing resources FULLY to ensure that information is relayed correctly, and consistently working towards improving customer experience by listening to previous calls, and exploring what areas of the phone call could of been improved.
