Account Manager, Marketing Team
CurrentIn this role, I support our marketing department as a project and account manager to manage stakeholder relationships and projects. Primary objectives include internal stakeholder relationship management and project intake, marketing project management, as well as brand and communications execution. Projects include traditional and digital campaigns, branding and corporate identity, advertising, video, web marketing, social media, sales material, event marketing, and content. I serve as the lead point of contact for all internal marketing stakeholder groups and manage project intake, capturing goals, personas, segmentation, and product information. I report on efficiency and pipeline progress of the team's resources and availability for work entering and exiting the department. In addition I serve as our Wrike expert to manage our project mangaement software and work with our Marketing Operations Manager to ensure all processes and operations are being improved as we identify growth areas.
