Post relevant transactions required to ensure the correct transactions are posted in the general ledger, missed transactions could jeopordise clients care arrangements.• Create and maintain SAP master data for new and existing suppliers. This includes checks to ensure that requests are genuine for fraud prevention.• Liaise with payees over the resolution of outstanding invoices/payments and to be responsible for delaying the release of payment pending accurate documentation if appropriate.• Support and advise council colleagues and members on appropriate procedures and procurement processes.
