Ive been in that position..Hating with what I saw in the mirror, trying on new clothes was my worst nightmare, my confidence was rock bottom, my energy levels had never felt worse. I had let long work hours as a medical scientist and life commitments get on top of me - I felt stuck in a constant cycle, not knowing how to get out of it.As these issues began to manifest physically, affecting my overall health, I reached a turning point. It was then that I made a resolute decision to reclaim control over my well being.I committed to making a change - both mentally and physically, every step was a conscious effort to break free from the constraints that had held me back for far too long.Through this, I discovered that by prioritising my health and developing a positive relationship with my body, I gained the confidence and self-esteem needed to excel in so many areas of my life including my career. These changes in my life didn't just stop at personal growth— they ignited a passion in me to help other women who find themselves in similar situations.In 2021, with both my medical knowledge and experience in the fitness industry, I created my own online fitness coaching program, SHEPHYSIQ. In this time I’ve helped 300+ females lose weight, improve their health and achieve the bodies they’ve always wanted.My mission is to provide that support, guidance and accountability you need to overcome these struggles and embark on your own transformative journey.I want to show you it is possible.
