I managed all marketing channels for a baby and kids organic clothing and nursery start-up. I developed an influencer program and celebrity gifting strategy, programmed in-person and virtual workshops, created contesting partnerships, and created and managed all photo and video content creation, including casting, copywriting, and styling.

I managed the in person, digital marketing and print campaigns across stakeholders, the in-house design team and the external media agency, from ideation to reporting, for five retail stores and e-commerce, three hotels and three restaurants. I also developed award winning branding and identity for the launch of Drake Motor Inn, The Drake Hotel's first motel in Prince Edward County.

I conceptualized and executed partnerships and sponsorships achieving $110K+ revenue from brands including Google, MINI, Corby’s + Thinx. I oversaw three marketing coordinators including up to six social media accounts and all website and marketing content.

I executed 360° marketing campaigns for five retail stores and e-commerce, including photo and video shoots, digital ads, social and in-store launch parties. I strategized and executed in-store pop-ups with local makers to build brand, foster community and generate revenue.

I managed all elements of the physical and e-commerce retail boutique including staff, buying, social media and e-mail marketing, merchandising, e-commerce and sales strategies.

I built, maintained, analyzed and optimized national sales contracts of up to 40+ million per year for Fortune 50 advertisers including Proctor & Gamble and Mattel.
