CurrentAs the Senior Executive, External Affairs at AmCham Singapore, I had the privilege of working with a dynamic team to manage and coordinate AmCham's 12 committees spanning sectors such as Supply Chain, Healthcare, and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications. This role offered me an exceptional opportunity to engage with key stakeholders and contribute significantly to curating and developing impactful programing for its members.Key Responsibilities:Committee Management: Managing AmCham's sectoral committees, each dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation within its respective sector. Effectively coordinated committee events and ensure co-chair participation to drive engagement.Program and Content Curation: Collaborated closely with a committee co-chairs and member feedback to create and curate impactful programming and content for Chamber members across the 12 different committees. Worked closely with a talented team to design events, workshops, and conferences that addressed pressing industry challenges, provided valuable insights, and facilitated networking opportunities for members to thrive.Government Engagement Facilitation: Played an integral role in organizing and facilitating engagements between the U.S. and Singapore Government representatives and the vibrant AmCham business community. These interactions served as vital platforms for advocating for member interests, and promoting a conducive business environment.Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivated and maintained strong relationships with committee members, industry experts, government officials, and other relevant stakeholders. Leveraged these connections to garner support for chamber initiatives and facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships.
