Refugee Resettlment-*prepare for arrival of refugee*find housing for refugee*distribute funds to refugees from Dept of State, DHS, UNHCR, and local grants including Refugee Cash Assistance Grant, Refugee Match Grant, Refugee Reception and Placement Grant*Advocate for refugee families in health care, housing, employment, state, and local agencies to complete services*Assist client in obtaining all legal documentation *Identifying client needs and making appropriate appointments*Transporting clients to and from appointments and assisting in finding interpretation and assistance in filling out forms.

To engage parents, teachers, and community members to communicate and collaborate in order for students to have the greatest chance at success. Duties include, attending community meetings and advocating on behalf of the students, planning events where parents, students, and staff positively connect, serving on various boards and committees throughout the school.
