Having spent 10+ years in positions hands on, or stepping in for brief times to counsel on the set up, starting costs, and business goals, helping projects aim within the right margines and be successful! I pride myself at being solution oriented, creative thinking, and constantly inviting growth. With restaurants I have learned and then taught teams to work with urgency, consistency, and eliminated steps to improve both. My stance is to create and successfully deliver product to customer, while going above and beyond in cultivating positive experiences for the customer’s satisfaction- It is also, to maintain that experience for my teams. Though restaurants are my expertise I believe that every business wants consumer satisfaction, positive work culture, and always maintain a worthwhile experience! I believe my skill sets can benefit in any work environment!I am interested in taking my skills to another level, I am constantly seeking and working for more knowledge in success.A little about me- I am a mom of three strong, independent girls! I am an entrepreneur and always reach to learn the most from all experiences. I believe self-growth is constant and I am always trying to share that with anyone in my circle. I love hiking, walking, and just being outside! I have two Great Danes that love being cuddly and think they’re little lap dogs. My favorite time of day is in the morning with my coffee. I’m always in a hurry so I’m learning to slow down and have patience to get better energy, production and solutions out of my time. Sometimes quick fixes aren’t the best! That goes for all areas in life! I’m flexible and excited to join here and love the idea of creating a new opening for various pathways.
