After working for two years as Sales Coordinator I was promoted to Office Manager. As the company experienced rapid growth, I was tasked to implement new customer relationship management software which provided a streamline operation. I lead multiple offsite customer events throughout the year including annual tradeshows. These events required relationship building by engaging with current and potential clients along with potential contractors. My role also included analyzing and optimizing operations including bookkeeping, payroll, supplies, and other clerical services.
