Responsible for developing the strategy, structure and operating processes for a global goods-not-for-resale supplier leverage and development team, focused on building the disciplines to strategically identify, rationalize, prequalify and leverage (either cross-market or cross-category) potential and incumbent global goods-not-for-resale suppliers. Leads cross-functional alignment and integration of goods-not-for-resale supply base into Walmart's global corporate audit/supply chain transparency programs. Leads global trade team, providing Walmart global sourcing division and retail markets with insights on source country-of-origin optimization, trade preference program utilization, duty mitigation and new market access strategies.

Responsible for developing strategy and driving global alignment for Walmart's international corporate responsibility portfolio, with a focus on international philanthropy efforts in the areas of women economic empowerment, hunger relief, agricultural and enterprise development and disaster recovery. Responsible for developing the guidelines, structure, process and execution to provide global reporting and oversight for more than $70 million in annual philanthropic and in-kind resources provided by Walmart International. Led cross-functional development of new corporate responsibility platforms and identified public-private partnerships to support the execution of corporate responsibility programming in Walmart's international retail and sourcing markets. Developed internal and external strategic communications for Walmart's international philanthropy and disaster response activities, including board, associate, stakeholder and media outreach.

Responsible for developing strategy, identifying and aligning public-private partnerships and general oversight and reporting for Walmart's international corporate philanthropy efforts. Managed internal and external strategic communications for Walmart's international philanthropy and disaster response activities, including board, associate, stakeholder and media outreach. Contributed significantly to government relations and stakeholder engagement strategies to support Walmart M&A activities and growth plans. Supported Walmart's international growth platform through reputational event planning and management in key sourcing and emerging retail markets. Served as chief policy advisor for the Senator on all issues related to agriculture, international trade, telecommunications and housing. Managed the Senator's complete portfolio within the Senate Agriculture Committee and the international trade portfolio of the Senate Finance Committee. Lead her activities as chair of two subcommittees. Prepared the Senator's written and oral testimony for committee hearings, floor remarks and public statements. Crafted the Senator's legislation and amendments in these issue areas and developed strategies to secure committee or Senate floor consideration.Served as a spokesperson and representative for the Senator on these issues, meeting with constituents, the private sector and government officials on her behalf.
