Cleaned and maintained studio spaces where classes take place weekly. Prepared clay and materials for each teacher and student group weekly. Assisted the chef in preparation of meals, served lunch and two coffee breaks daily. Participated in workshops with ceramic artists from all over the world and learned many new techniques.

Served as a liaison between students, faculty, and lodgings owners. Was on call 24/7 for student needs or emergencies, and responsible for locking classroom facilities each night. Planned weekend and evening activities for students, helped to ensure a safe, fun, and educational study experience. Acted as a peer advisor and mediated student problems, gave advice for travel plans etc. Inventoried all computers, laptops, and other devices and compiled warranty information for program records. Organized and cataloged a library of over 600 books for program records and made it more accessible to students.

Local Artist Committee: contacted local artists to invite them to participate in the festival; worked with participating artists to determine what supplies they needed for the day of the festival. Publicity Committee: contacted local newspapers, radio stations, websites etc. to efficiently publicize the festival in the surrounding community. Arts Organizations Committee: contacted arts organizations in Greenville and surrounding towns; invited them to have representative booths and activities.Worked as a Youth Arts Festival staff member the day of the festival, managed the preparation of lunches for over 200 Artists and volunteers.
