Community Sound Lab is a media arts workshop series for kids. It is founded in the belief that sonic awareness can heighten children's relationship to themselves and their environments. It equips young learners with the tools they need to explore and document their surroundings through using analogue and digital sound recorders, interview skills, listening strategies and sound mapping practices. It is deeply rooted in project-based pedagogy and led by sound makers and educators.
