Throughout the last five years of working as a wine professional, I've had the great privilege to work in various sectors of the industry all over the world. I began my wine career in 2019 working for Discovery Wines & Spirits in Bermuda. Here, I gained my WSET Level 3 certification and realized my passion for recommending wines for a client's unique palette. In 2022, I learned to confidently lead tastings when I worked at Cooper's Hawk in Richmond, VA as a Tasting Room Attendant. Then in January 2023, my hunger to learn more about wine took me to Mendoza, Argentina. I worked as a winery intern for the 2023 harvest season. I was involved in every part of the process; From sorting the grapes, monitoring temperature and Brix levels during fermentation, adding sulphates solution, to wine racking. This experience greatly enhanced my knowledge of wine, Argentine culture and the Spanish language. Currently, I'm working as a sales representative for Vera Wines & Spirits where I am dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with NYC hospitality professionals. I specialize in curating wine selections that align with each restaurant's unique identity. My mission is to introduce top-quality, lesser-known wines to NYC's vibrant dining scene.
