As well as working as a main point of contact between Pepsi Northwest Beverages and First Advantage for all required Driver & Equipment Files necessary for DOT Compliance.I work with First Advantage to maintain and report all Fleet Mileage for IFTA and State Fuel and Mileage Taxes. Maintain all Equipment Maintenance Records for 100+ assets. I have plenty of experience assisting Invoicing/Finance with accurate and timely processing of backhaul and common carrier invoices as needed.I have been maintaining all Fleet Related Files and Data for the past four years. As well as creating and maintaining any/all Fleet Related Performance and Financial Reports and Metrics as needed. All while doing my current position I have been developing effective relationships with internal and external customers (i.e., drivers, plant operations, satellite warehouses, shipping carriers, etc.).I also have been supporting our Driver Trainers with Ride-Along & Test Driver Evaluations. Supporting Transport Leadership & PNB Human Resources with Onboarding & Training of Newly Hired Drivers as well ongoing Driver Training & Development.
