As a student in the Farmer School of Business, I pride myself in being an innovator, teachable, and a creative problem solver. I lead a student organization on campus, Futures in Retail, as President. I plan our trips to NYC and Columbus, reach out to guest speakers for meetings, and communicate professional and networking opportunities to our members. I was also the NRF Foundation ambassador on campus where my role was to showcase all the amazing opportunities the National Retail Federation Foundation has to offer for students.I am also a part of the Center for Business Leadership in the Farmer School of Business, and I've been certified in Values-Based Leadership, Leading High Performing Teams and Leadership Development Coaching. I'm a part of the culture and engagement committee, where I help plan and execute team building activities for fellows, to boost morale and enhance the CBL culture. As a current Senior, I am looking for a merchandising or HR full-time position. I'm also interested in potential HR consulting opportunities.
