Hannah Conway is a Programme Director at Renaissance Foundation. She possess expertise in opera, arts administration, performing arts, theatre, producing and 10 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "Hannah worked extremely well within our small team, focusing on her own tasks as well as contributing to group work. Hannah managed her own workload, with specific demands of co-ordinating 20 singers, which was at times incredibly challenging, as well as being part of the wider team that produce and deliver the course. This involved working with a host of industry professionals and key opera staff, as well as amateur and professional singers. Hannah grew in confidence across the year, and was able to confidently communicate with all those she encountered professionally. An excellent team member throughout her placement, Hannah was well-liked by those who encountered her, both in the office and on the course. Her input was both practical and administrative, and she happily contributed widely, from setting up and supporting workshop sessions, offering pastoral support to singers and locating venues for rehearsals, for example. She formed excellent working relationships with all the students she was co-ordinating, and always presented herself well. I would whole-heartedly recommend Hannah as an incredibly hard working and personal member of staff, who made an outstanding impression during her time at English National Opera. "
