I am the Associate Human Resources Business Partner for IVX Health’s markets in Texas, California, East Tennessee, and Arkansas. In this role, I serve as a support and resource to managers and employees as they navigate their incredibly important roles in the infusion centers. In addition, I assist in HR initiatives in compensation, performance management, compliance, recruiting, and onboarding.

Within the role of Associate HR Business Partner, I have the privilege of being a resource allocated towards HR processes within the Operations and Business Partner realms. I reported directly to the SVP of the People Team who managed the HRBPs. I supported more experienced and senior HRBP professionals and have dived into processes centered around the different orgs we supported (engineering, product, user experience, professional services, sales, etc.). We guided managers and employees through performance reviews, talent reviews, compensation cycles, goal setting and scoring cycles, and engagement surveys. Amongst the reoccurring processes, I handled projects centered around creating and delivering 360 feedback surveys, revamping an outdated severance policy, working through an investigation, building competencies with org leaders, assisting in a RIF, reorganizing a drive to better house HR files, etc. On a day to day basis, I was relied on for requesting severance approvals, hosting and reviewing exit interviews and survey data, generating letters for relocation assistance and internal transfers, creating talking points for separations, and more.

As the HR Generalist for IVX Health, I handled a variety of responsibilities from managing new hire onboarding, background checks / drug testing, off boarding, and other processes to tackling projects including developing a structured and organized annual internship program, providing consistent organization of documents for ACHC Accreditation, and establishing procedures for new Medical Directors, center locations, and TB / Hep B testing requirements. I contributed further to IVX Health and the HR Team by assisting in compliance through setting up new hire training courses and pushing out annual training, supporting the Talent Acquisition cycle by creating interview templates, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates, pushing out new policies, and organizing employee engagement events with the HR Business Partners.

As the HR Assistant I helped three managers with daily Human Resources projects and situations. I helped the Talent Acquisition Manager screen resumes and write offer letters to candidates. For the HR Manager and VP of Human Resources, I would build reports, handle I-9 verifications, order background checks, type data entry into multiple systems, and manage job descriptions. I communicated with several different departments, including IT, Marketing, and Accounting. I assisted in culture projects to help make the company better as whole, and I completely handled the new hire process from offer letters to onboarding to the employee's first day. I dabbled in several diverse areas of HR such as payroll, employee relations, culture, recruitment, and compensation.
