I am a marketing professional with a diverse range of skills and experiences. In my current role, I work as a Marketing Strategist at Highmark Health supporting Allegheny Health Network marketing efforts.As a continuous learner, I love to take on new challenges and new ways to develop myself. I enjoy working towards making a difference--I like driving innovation and change for the better. I have a strong focus on relationship building and pride myself on my ability to make connections. II graduated from the Palumbo Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I majored in Marketing and minored in Advertising and Public relations.Following graduation, I had the opportunity to join Highmark Health in their Leadership Acceleration Program. This unique two-year program provided me the opportunity to participate in enterprise-wide, cross functional, job rotations. During each sixth month rotation, I was able to gain experience in corporate, customer, operations, and provider functions. Throughout my time in this program, I rotated through Corporate Communications with a focus on Allegheny Health Network, Customer and Market Strategy with Highmark, Inc., Customer Experience, and Customer Insights and Marketing Analytics. This program helped to grow my skills in project management, problem solving, leadership, collaboration, and adaptability. Upon completion of the Leadership Acceleration Program, I accepted the role of Experience Analyst on the Employee and Customer Experience team.
