I have been working with Guardian for over 8 years and I draw on much of my previous experience in Business Development and Sales to help grow and change the shape of the business.I have always loved the part of a film where they decide to give the main character (who everyone has known since the beginning of the film is potentially stunning) a makeover! When they do, the rest of the characters who have felt above them throughout the film want to be them. Just in the same way, I like working with companies who are the potentially stunning under-dog! They have the potential to be the top dog of the industry, they just need their Pretty Woman moment. I like being the catalyst for that moment! I have worn many hats in my career – marketer, seller, manager, forecaster, negotiator, designer, book keeper and administrator.
