Onboarded to help Technology Navigators tackle one of their biggest staffing projects to date, I was immediately thrown into the thick of things and expected to catch on quickly — which I did. Through the initial weeks of training I was able to learn how to seamlessly navigate Trello and Google Calendar, while simultaneously ensuring efficient communication across those platforms as well as Zoom, Slack, and email.
