Physical therapist for Applied Materials, Austin (AMP Wellness) and Dimensional Fund Advisors (Dimensional Health). Providing both virtual and in-person patient care. Collaborates with regional virtual team to promote use of both on-site and virtual care pathways. Works directly alongside internal medicine, chiropractic, health coaching, and mental health services in a highly integrative wellness model.Actively participates in daily huddles concerning patient success management.Implemented Dry Needling for the first time in both clinics; educated fellow colleagues on referral process, diagnosis appropriateness, and performed group demonstration sessions to further understanding. Worked with Client Success Coordinator at AMP Wellness to identify clinical pathway improvements which align with customer needs and requests.

Instrumental in writing and executing competency standards for Dry Needling privileging.Drafted, revised, and presented a business plan for implementing Dry Needling for Medical Group review. Highly involved in implementation, change management, and initiation of Telehealth PT care during COVID pandemic. Extensive experience with virtual evaluation and treatment sessions.Instructor for University of Texas at Austin student undergraduate volunteers, reference for multiple successful PT school applicants. Collaborator with UT Health Austin and LIVESTRONG foundation forming grant request for a pilot study funding, “Multimodal Intervention for Prevention of Cancer Cachexia in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer.”

Individually pursued advanced cancer rehab certifications and spearheaded the creation of the department’s first oncology rehab program.Presenter at multiple patient education seminars and cancer support groups at Scott & White Hospital.
