This project required a very high attention to detail and Lilly excelled at this part as well. Because of Lilly’s degree of excellence, the quality of the product that we gave to the customer was very high. Very few issues came back to us after passing QA on our side. This was a difficult project to work on for various reasons. Requirements were constantly changing, and new features were being asked for that were not in the initial scope of work. This caused a higher workload and level of stress than the project would have otherwise required. Regardless of this fact Lilly kept up the pace of work and level of quality that would be expected from a senior QA position. The technical abilities required for this position included needing a detailed knowledge of the entire product, including features that were related where a change to one could affect another, the ability to do comprehensive regression testing, and the use of tools that allowed testing in the desktop browser and a wide range of mobile devices. Also, due to the pace and amount of work, the ability to stay highly organized and not let even small issues slip by us was needed. Lilly excelled in all of these areas. I have enjoyed working with Lilly during this year on this project. Her dedication and quality of work helped the project be successful and make it to the customer’s beta release phase.
