I started working at Topshop on a part time basis during education. Upon completion of my A Levels for a year I worked full time at Topshop, as an advanced-level/ supervisor and key holder, assisting in training and developing the staff. Daily I would liaise with my store manager and other senior members of our team to delegate down daily tasks and planning the daily rota when required. Everyday I would ensure all figures were completed, departments were tidy and replenished and all stock and customer issues were dealt with by speaking to head office. On a daily basis I handled cash. I was often responsible for setting the till float in the morning, cashing up in the evening and banking.
