I am responsible for the recruitment of all contract/freelancer positions throughout APAC & Europe for INC.I am responsible for:- Management of hiring process for all new contractors/freelancers starting with initial candidate screening and submission to Line Manager, through to finalizing offer stage and on-boarding - Management of all contractor/freelance contract extensions, including contractual documentation- I am responsible for managing the relationship of our PSL Agencies for all freelance positions, I hold regular review calls with the agencies to access agency delivery and review new recruitment processes- Creating a deep and diverse talent pool to support global staffing needs- Partnering with hiring managers to build targeted sourcing plans and strategies in order to identify appropriate skill sets to meet current and future resource demands- Candidate Attraction, sourcing candidates from a variety of avenues by leveraging social media, search engines, employee referral programs, niche and regional job boards, and direct sourcing methods- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to recruit and attract top talent-Monitoring recruitment sourcing methods and assists with recommendations to improve applicant attraction. Windsor

I started working at Topshop on a part time basis during education. Upon completion of my A Levels for a year I worked full time at Topshop, as an advanced-level/ supervisor and key holder, assisting in training and developing the staff. Daily I would liaise with my store manager and other senior members of our team to delegate down daily tasks and planning the daily rota when required. Everyday I would ensure all figures were completed, departments were tidy and replenished and all stock and customer issues were dealt with by speaking to head office. On a daily basis I handled cash. I was often responsible for setting the till float in the morning, cashing up in the evening and banking.
