At SELC, I wrote legal memoranda on complex State and Federal environmental and energy topics including pipeline development, National Forests, and proposed Federal statute changes for ongoing litigation. Further, I composed public comments and agency letters for new cases that the organization was pursuingand assisted the attorneys in case development meetings and calls.

As a legal intern I researched both State and Federal statutes and case law in order to draft legal memoranda on environmental topics including coastal zone management programs, critical area regulations, the Endangered Species Act, the National Environmental Protection Act, and rezoning laws.
