Whether it be the development of the Draft Economic Development Strategy at the City of Parramatta, the design, implementation, and scaling of the Capability Coaching program at Commonwealth Bank or the development of a positive risk culture within the retail banking deposits team at AMP Bank, I find myself most engaged when executing with purpose.I have built a reputation as a leader who cultivates positive organisational culture and can break down complexity, translating this into tangible actions and outcomes.
