CurrentI project manage and develop multi-component CLIL digital and paper materials for the Spanish primary and secondary market. I enjoy working on a diverse product range in both paper and digital mediums, aiming to combine creative and analytical thinking to develop impactful and engaging educational products. I'm an active participant in our local DEI and Green Network networks. I spent six months co-chairing a Springer Nature wide SDG 13 sub-committee, leading to a webinar on sustainability education.Lead publishing developer: Primary - Arts & Crafts, cross-curricular social science projectsSecondary - Biology and Geology, Geography and HistoryKey tasks include:> Conceiving, commissioning & editing multicomponent print and digital resources for Spain's bilingual primary and secondary schools.> Relationship building with key collaborators to develop impactful-products, providing clear briefs that meet the market need.> Incorporating educators' feedback and interfacing with the sales team to identify unmet needs.> Adapting scope and sequence of products & programmes to the regional government's evolving requirements and sustaining the team's motivation and morale during periods of rapid change.> Identifying, assessing and managing risk over multi-year projects, developing publishing schedules to proactively manage known risks to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.> Liaising with brand co-owners, aligning stakeholders' interests, and publishing cohesive products that achieve ROI for everyone involved.> Embracing AI to accelerate workflows, save costs and personalise educational experiences.> Mentoring interns, equipping them with best practices in project management & editorial production.
