Responsible to help run a 204-bed Jewish Acute Long term care facility in Harrisburg, PA. Responsibilities include but not limited to:• Development of Menu Extensions, Meal Tickets, Cook’s Production Sheets by using GeriMenu and PointClickCare systems• Management of 10 Front Line Associates at one time• Front Line Associate schedule• Developement of TV Menu Boards using Brightsigns• Hygiene and sanitation with ServeSafe Principles

Responsible to help supervise a 184-bed Acute Long term care facilty in Mechanisburg, PA. Responsiblities included but not limited to:• Development of Meal tickets by using GeriMenu• Dining room rounds – ensuring food was at temp, dated, labeled when neccassary • Inputting of invoices• Ensuring Cafe is prepped • Coming up with cafe ideas along side the Sous Chef• Ensuring Front Line Assisociates clock in/out properly• Adding new hires to payroll• Help set up/serve caterings

When I graduated from college, I was promoted to Manager. I kept all other previous responsibilities, though my main focus was:• Managed dining rooms to ensure resident satisfaction• Managed Meal tickets• Closed out the kitchen at the end of the night

Before getting promoted to Dining Room Manager, I played many roles. From 2009 to 2015, I was mainly a dietary aide. Consisting of serving on the trayline, dining rooms, and the occasional cold food prep. In April 2015 I had more responsibilities added to my role. Those included but not limited to:• Ensured residents received the correct diets • Managed meal tickets • Responsible for closing the kitchen including making sure all other employees completed their end of shift duties• Supervised up to 10 associates• Trained new employees in different positions including: Café, Dining Room Servers, Trayline, Dishroom, Meal Prep, Meal tickets
