Upon my predecessor leaving the company, together with another Designer I was responsible for the user experience of Knowunity, a hypergrowth learning platform for high school education until in August 2022 our Head of Design joined the company. I worked on all fronts most notably:- Laid the foundations for the BRICKS Design System (Design Tokens) & contributed to later versions of it- Contributed to the design of major parts of the mobile app (4.7 Star Rating, 10+ Million Users) - Set-up & facilitated some design team processes around Design System, Onboarding Resources/Guide- Redesigned the main Company Webpage - Facilitated some workshops for various topics such as rebranding, co-creation of a social feature, ideation session on how to include generative AI in our product

Together with my fellow student Frederic Myers, I started Jery, a UX Agency. - Worked for personal, start-up & corporate clients- Learned a lot about dealing with clients and customers, organizing workloads and how to get a design business up and running.- Facilitated Ideation, Branding & Values Workshops

Initiated the development of the MashUp App and was involved in various design tasks:- Development of the App-concept and interface - Testing and Refinement- Website Development, Implementation in webflow and maintenance- Advising the team since October We were awarded the Exist Scholarship from the federal ministry of economy, and participated in the sandbox accelerator.It is awesome to have the opportunity to bring an idea out of a hackathon to life! Learned a lot about finding the essence of an idea, about how to test an app, how to prioritize and implement user feedback and how to develop a project remotely.

I was the only designer working at a small start-up (14 Employees) looking into developing an accessible learning plattform for elementary schools & schools for people with special needs.- Responsible to improve the experience of the platform (128 Schools using it)- Facilitated Co-Creation Workshops with Teachers & Usability Testings- Redesigned the Main Webpage- Responsible to initiate & grow illustration database (from 0 - 2400 within 2 months)
