Customer Technical Manager
CurrentThis responsibility involves the management of professional services - deployment, integration, testing, upgrades and software maintenance delivery of multiple custom-built Core-Telecom-Network Applications for multiple customers in the North American region - USA & Canada.The day-to-day responsibilities include:1) all those activities related to project management of tasks, resources and schedules across multiple work environments - development labs, testing setups, staging areas and production,2) end-to-end ownership of the project deliveries, inclusive of troubleshooting production-environment issues that might crop-up,3) participating in higher management reviews on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
