During my career I have had leadership roles in small and large organizations, and I have successfully built R&D organizations from 10 to 400 people. I am passionate about creating high performance development teams, and by creating great products and technology that make real impact for the business as well as for users and patients worldwide.I have had the great pleasure of leading 3Shape’s R&D organization for several years. I joined the company as a small Startup and helped us grow to 1700 people and a revenue of 1.7 billion DKK, creating highly successful medical products for Dental Clinics and Hearing Aid manufacturing. I have established development teams in Denmark, Ukraine, Poland and Macedonia, and built the organization across disciplines including software and hardware development, regulatory affairs, project management, agile methodologies, user experience, research, and discovery.In my role as Vice President at Dalux, I am now supporting our rapid growth within software for the construction industry, in addition to advisory and board member roles helping technology companies scale.
