1 Support to define NIO supplier development and management strategy, lead to establish supplier management system, train the supplier management team and promote to implement; 2 Organize INT&HVAC supplier quality management team, lead the team to evaluate and nominate suppliers; 3 Manage and drive supplier APQP progress, work with engineering/purchasing and other function team, help the suppliers to develop tooling/production line/samples on time, deliver the parts with high quality; 4 Lead the team to work with other related functions in PDT(Product Development Team)/SMT(System Management Team), report ES8/ES6 program progress and escalate high risk items to OCM(Operation Committee Meeting), organize resource to solve the issues; 5 Support plant vehicle manufacturing, drive the suppliers to solve the delivery and quality issues; 6 Be a key member of show car preparation team(Sky Team), organize the suppliers' resource to ensure high quality parts supply. Achievement: 1 Organized the INT&HVAC SQE team from zero, provided high quality deliverable under high workload, and no one quit; 2 Led the team to manage nearly 40 suppliers for ES8/ES6 programs, only in one year, developed soft tooling&hard tooling, completed parts matching/graining/appearance approval(AAR), saved about 6 months than other traditional OEMs. Especially, the matching process only took 3 months, it is half of the other OEMs. 3 Organized the supplier's resource to develop a new CD Pillar tooling within only 105 days since the first tooling was scrapped for styling reason, caught up program milestone finally; 4 In the show car preparation team(Sky Team), organized suppliers' resource, exhausted all means, used the first try-out samples(dimension pass rate is about 50%, non-grained parts), solved matching/appearance/NVH issues, supported 9 show cars manufacturing within 3 months. Finally, these cars showed in 2017 NIO DAY brilliantly. And the Sky Team awarded 2017 "Driven by Design Award".

Responsibilities： 1 Leading supplier audit/nomination and daily delivery rating; 2 Tracking supplier projects development process, ensure to achieve APQP schedule, be responsible for PPAP validation and approval; 3 Supplier quality/technical/logistics issues discussion and handling; 4 Incoming material check and supplier quality complaint solving; 5 Establishing supplier management team, define team responsibilities/objectives and leading team to achieve; 6 Establishing supplier management system, preparing quality programs/work instructions, training and supervising team to implement; 7 Creating supplier evaluation templates, monitoring and analyzing supplier quality performance then feed back to supplier for continuous improvement.Achievement： 1 Completed the whole process from supplier development to SOP for 5 products (Fuel Pump/Linear Actuator/Throttle Body/Oxygen Sensor successfully; 2 Led the supplier development project for Gas Pedal Unit project supported by the third party consultant company.

Responsibilities： 1 Conduct quality system audit(QSA), drive suppliers to improve the quality system to meet Lear Global requirements; 2 Conduct System/Engineering/Logistics assessment before Lear Asian Pacific sourcing team select and develop new suppliers; 3 Be responsible for managing China suppliers on export business for Lear NA and EU plants, conduct APQP tracking/DPR (Document&Process Review) and Run@Rate during new programs launch process; 4 Liaise between Lear NA/EU and China suppliers regarding production/quality/logistics issues; 5 Supervise suppliers to respond quality complaint, verify the effective and permanent corrective actions to close the issue; 6 Coach suppliers on Lear global supplier quality tracking system, supplier rating system, Lear global supplier quality requirements, quality tools applying, ensure the suppliers to be aware Lear's requirements, drive the suppliers for continuous improvement; 7 Revise Lear Asian Pacific supplier management procedures and the related templates, popularize them to all China Lear plants.Achievement： 1 Completed Audi B8/PSA A5X/Ford CD34X/Nissan P32L programs Seat Side Plate/Bracket APQP tracking; 2 Developed 4 suppliers(Stamping/Wire/Machining), the QSA report results have been improved from Yellow to Green. 3 As Metal team leader, participated BCG Stamping Consultant Program, audited Fuzhou Fushiang/Zhejiang TECH-NEW/Liuzhou Lioho Fangsheng, etc. famous stamping suppliers, selected 5 qualified stamping suppliers for Lear global supplier base from 36 local suppliers, and kicked off programs successfully.

1 Take in charge of managing suppliers of automotive seating(SGM programs, such as Cadillac SGM980/E10 programs, etc.) components (frame/adjuster/foam pad, etc.), and solve the quality problems. 2 Set up communication channel with suppliers during APQP process for new program, follow up the suppliers' sample-making progress, implement PPAP process. 3 Audit new suppliers, implement annual evaluation for suppliers. 4 Implement supplier monthly evaluation, and push them to improve continuously. 5 Via GP5/GP12 process, use PRR/CSⅠ/CSⅡ management tools, to solve supplier quality problems, and improve the supplier base level.Achievement:Developed two suppliers (Frame and Foam Pad), and the Frame supplier's performance has been increased from the last one to the middle of 16 domestic suppliers in two months.

1.Develop/select new suppliers, and evaluate them; 2.Carry out supplier quality management system audit and process audit, follow up corrective actions and preventive actions, push on suppliers to keep on improve; 3.Work closely with Purchasing/Engineering and Manufacturing to solve supplier quality problems, support suppliers to prepare corrective and preventive actions, and validate the result; 4.Implement ISIR procedure, approve the initial samples; 5.Explain drawings/standards/specifications to suppliers, train suppliers about quality management tools; 6.Provide supplier quality cost analysis to GP to support new project quotation and yearly cost down; 7.Analyze suppliers' production capacity. Solve suppliers’ logistic problem, make sure the on-time delivery; 8.In charge of RoHS project, organize GP/Logistic/PP/Mfg/Sales to support the project and lead the project to close on time.Achievement:1. The incoming material acceptance rate has increased from 86.1% to more than 92%; 2. Supplier quality has been controlled, the on time delivery rate has increased from 81.3% to 94.5%, the production was ensured and the raw material stock has reduced; 3. In 2005, as a representative, went to Siemens headquarters in Germany to participate the Siemens Global Supplier Management Workshop for 3 weeks; 4. RoHS project has been closed successfully on time.

1. Lead IQC team to prepare incoming inspection instruction and support them to carry out; 2. Lead PQC team to prepare process control standards/test standards and support them to carry out; 3. Analyze the quality issues in production line, use 8D to prepare corrective actions and preventive actions, and validate the result; 4. In charge of quality planning and validation for new products, prepare the testing standards for the products according to the related IEC/EN/GB standards; 5 .Analyze the failure products from the customer complaint, prepare the report of the failure reason for R&D department.Achievement:1 The product First Passed Yield rate has been increased form 86.3% to 92.7%; 2 Completed the testing validation for 3 new products.
