Achievement: 1 Organized the INT&HVAC SQE team from zero, provided high quality deliverable under high workload, and no one quit; 2 Led the team to manage nearly 40 suppliers for ES8/ES6 programs, only in one year, developed soft tooling&hard tooling, completed parts matching/graining/appearance approval(AAR), saved about 6 months than other traditional OEMs. Especially, the matching process only took 3 months, it is half of the other OEMs. 3 Organized the supplier's resource to develop a new CD Pillar tooling within only 105 days since the first tooling was scrapped for styling reason, caught up program milestone finally; 4 In the show car preparation team(Sky Team), organized suppliers' resource, exhausted all means, used the first try-out samples(dimension pass rate is about 50%, non-grained parts), solved matching/appearance/NVH issues, supported 9 show cars manufacturing within 3 months. Finally, these cars showed in 2017 NIO DAY brilliantly. And the Sky Team awarded 2017 "Driven by Design Award".
