Team 8 designs and delivers team development and leadership programs for organisations looking to better engage their people and create higher performance work places. Team 8 offers the one and only experiential Team 8 Rowing Program where corporate participants learn to row and at the same time, develop deeper understandings of the team development process, leadership and essential communication foundations for high performance teamwork.Bo Hanson is the founder and Director of both companies (Team 8 and Athlete Assessments) and splits his time between the two complimentry pursuits. He has found particular interest from corporate organisations to implement the philosophy of Athlete Centred Coaching in their organisation. As such he has recently designed the corporate version of this program.

I first represented Australia in 1991, at the Junior World Championship, winning a silver medal in the Coxless Four. In 1992, I became the youngest-ever rowing Olympian for Australia and continued on to win bronze medals at the 1996, 2000 and 2004 Olympic Games.
