Driving the Continuous Improvement program to improve value delivery or cost reduction for the global Commercial Fleet organization within Shell Retail. Within my role I manage a team of 50+ quality experts responsible for all quality aspects related to the fast growing Category LED Lamps (420 MEuro sales in 2012) within Philips Lighting. This includes:- Development Quality (Product&Process Quality, Approbation&Complaince, Reliablity)- Supplier Quality (1st & 2nd tier Supplier Quality Management, Sustainability, NPI)- Field Quality (Customer Care and Application support)- Quality System (ISO9001 and audits for Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement and Quality)

Worldwide responsible for Lean Operations within BG Lamps on the Cycle Time & Inventory Reduction program.Within the program, the following results have been achieved in 2009:- 100 Million Euro reduction on BG Lamps inventory levels;- 56 Million Euro reduction on Slow Moving inventory;- 12 succesfull Lean Transformation pilots for End-to-End value streams (multiple sites)- 10 succesfull Black Belt projects on Lead Time and Inventory reduction

As Quality Manager I am responsible for the definition, implementation and execution of the total quality system within Philips Laser Sensors. The total quality system covers the area's of Internal Quality (eg. ISO), Customer Quality (Complaint Management) and Supplier Quality Assurance. Furthermore the release testing and measurements for supplier and products releases are part of the quality department.

As Supplier Quality Manager I am responsible for the definition, implementation and execution of the Supplier Quality Assurance process within the Supply Management group of Philips LCD Backlighting. The SQA team exist of three teams located in The Netherlands, China and Korea. This team controls the quality throughout the supply chain for the component production and backlight assembly.

- Driving continuous improvement projects and program within LG.Philips Displays.- Conducting Green Belt/Black Belt training sessions.- Provide Green Belt/Black Belt project coaching and certification.
