Worldwide responsible for Lean Operations within BG Lamps on the Cycle Time & Inventory Reduction program.Within the program, the following results have been achieved in 2009:- 100 Million Euro reduction on BG Lamps inventory levels;- 56 Million Euro reduction on Slow Moving inventory;- 12 succesfull Lean Transformation pilots for End-to-End value streams.

As Quality Manager I am responsible for the definition, implementation and execution of the total quality system within Philips Laser Sensors.
