• Determined the hydraulic feasibility and estimated cost of an automated condenser flush of the ROSE unit in response to a condenser blockage event.• Created an Excel spreadsheet and SCADA display that tracks refinery-wide amine circulation and heat stable salt incursion rates in each unit to monitor amine health and determine sources of amine loss.• Performed temperature surveys on 6 heat exchangers and found evidence of severe fouling, recommending to proceed with in-line cleaning of the exchangers.• Modeled refinery's deisopentanizer tower using PetroSim to benchmark tower performance.
