Ensured that all guidelines of GMP, HAACP, the Environmental Control Act and OSHA standards were in compliance; lead environmental, safety, and health processes for assigned areas. Maintained working relationship with the collective bargaining unit, ensured compliance with the collective bargaining agreement to achieve company goals. Facilitated problem solving and developed action plans to address performance issues and achieve key performance indicator goals. Assisted Production Manager with additional departmental tasks as assigned.

Supervised three officers and three enlisted personnel. Primarily responsible for the division's administrative requirements. Provided planning and oversight for field collection activities. Produced, reviewed and disseminated products to internal and external customers to support decision making. Developed, fostered, and leveraged relationships with public and private partners to achieve unit goals.

Provided direction and guidance for the planning and execution of Coast Guard missions in 26 states and the Gulf of Mexico. Oversaw the allocation and actively managed the utilization of 182,000 asset hours for 7 Sectors, 3 Air Stations, and numerous sub-units.

Deck Force Department Head: managed 35 personnel, $125,000 budget, small boat operations, rescue and survival locker, and maintenance of all exterior surfaces and equipment. Also served as a qualified Deck Watch Officer, Helicopter Control Officer, and Senior Boarding Officer.
