• I was tasked with the global integration of the Engineering organizations that work on LED drivers. The assignment was to create one global (virtual) Engineering team working together.
• I managed a team of around 125 engineers at 4 locations.
• Introduced the concept of Engineering 4.0; building global (virtual) teams that seemingly work together on projects.
• Structured and integrated the four Engineering organizations into global virtual discipline teams.
• Expanded the (online) Engineering systems to the other locations.
• Globalized the application of the new product architecture and integrated it with the existing architectures.
