I am working as a Senior Construction Manager (S.C.M) in City Gate Project in New Cairo as Owner Representative.

Porto Sharm

I was working as a resident engineer (R.E) for Porto Sharm Project resort in nabq area in Sharm el Sheikh City - it is an investment compound full-service entertainment so the investment all year through revenue from rental units . The project area about 250 acres (1050000 m sq.) in three phases. The project has been designed according to the highest engineering design level where diversity in the view of swimming pools – green areas – artificial lakes –Sports courts. Five-star hotel-International restaurants-Marina for yachts. GYM + Spa and aqua Park artificial lakes -cinemas-Universal convention center-the largest Roman Theater, children's play area-Taj Mahal mosque and all the finishing of units are super lux.Budget of the Project over 850 million L.E for Phase one and two onlyMy main current responsibilities include: Acting as a prime interface between the client and the contractor(s).Make the best to the project by myself and my staff (time, quality and cost control).Direct/supervise all construction activities and acts as the construction representative of E.C.G and in charge of all site work.Hold weekly staff meetings to review detailed field schedules.Ensure together with E.C.G management that the proper staff is available for inputting and maintaining the field control/report.Prepare necessary daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for the Construction Service Department C.S.D mobilization.Review the progress and completion reports prepared by contractor.Monitoring the safety requirements and take corrective action.Study and approves the contractors claims.Review the contractor’s valuations (Payments).Prepare close out report often handing over the project.Work, as applicable, with the technical review committee of the project in reviewing the design, construction tender documents.Set forth E.C.G responsibilities for site operations in accordance with the project contract and E.C.G manuals.

Engineering Consultants Group

I was working as a project manager for the development and expansion of the sewage treatment plant in Elfayoum Gov.The objective of the project is to establish a second phase of the plant including administrative buildings and laboratories and the sedimentation tanks, aeration tanks, drying beds and the sludge basins etc.

El Rehab City

I was working as a site leader team to all Supervisors in Utilities sector. Evaluate the progress of the contractors. Following up the scheduling of project related to the target of project. Acting the final review to shop drawings & invoices of net works. Complete assurance to Q.C in site. Making coordination between client &contractor and consultant related to weekly meeting.
