(CONSTEC).~ Inshaa For Development & Construction (INSHAA).~ Nadinco constructions (NADINCO).~ Universal Contracting (UNICO).~ E.MAK Swimming Pool Center (E.MAK) - Successfully oversaw the architectural inspections of Phase 1, delivering 60villas as turnkey units.- Managed and responded to all Requests for Information (RFIs) duringconstruction, ensuring clarity on technical matters and resolving any issues thatarose.- Reviewed and inspected shop drawings for compliance with architecturalstandards.Led Phase 2 of the project, taking responsibility for the design and constructionof a 207 serviced apartment hotel and 39 hotel keys.

Those Villas are surrounded by vast green fields, providing all means of comfort and convenience, such as: restaurants, superior shops, business centers, sport club, schools, and hospitals. o Responsibilities- Responsible for the Initial and Final Handing over of the following Zones Only : (C1-F3C) 20 Villas. (C1-F4B) 20 Villas. (C2-F3) 8 Villas from 14. (C2-F1) 5 Villas from 21 Villas. (C2-F7) Contains 60 Villas divided in 36 villas in 6 Town Houses and 24 Twin villas.- Responsible for Finishing Supervision of the following zones Only: (C2-F4) Contains 44 Villas divided in 30 villas in 5 Town Houses and 7 Twin villas.
