As a sophomore at the University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business, I am pursuing a double major in Finance and Accounting. I am deeply committed to building a strong foundation in financial analysis, investment management, and accounting practices. I was honored to be one of the 300 students admitted directly to the Foster School’s early entrance program, which has equipped me with advanced business acumen and leadership capabilities. My academic journey has been enriched by hands-on experiences through internships and leadership roles, where I’ve applied classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges.In addition to my academic pursuits, I have gained significant experience through internships across various industries, including finance, investment, and sales. At Changzhou Medical Appliances General Factory, I contributed to key financial processes, such as budget analysis and monthly closings, improving departmental efficiency. I also expanded my investment analysis skills at Innovvy Biomedical Technology, where I conducted competitor research, supported financing plans, and analyzed market trends. My sales internship at Vector Marketing sharpened my negotiation and customer service skills while fostering my entrepreneurial spirit. As Vice President of the Chinese Union at the University of Washington, I lead recruitment and event planning efforts, further developing my leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities. I am eager to continue developing my skill set and pursuing new opportunities in finance and investment management.
