- Act as project leader to collate with stakeholders from different regions and launch below projects- Utilize and maintain golden source data, milestone plans and implement the project by following RAIDs (Risk/ Assumption/ Issues/ Dependency).- Administer regional SharePoint so as to ensure data usage efficiently and to apply standardized data format.- Review and update business and operation procedure.- Engage directly in Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on existing clients. - Provide business support to Debt capital market sales team.

- Act as a project manager in system enhancement and monitor the whole process of projects:- Act as project coordinator relating to bankwide/ regulatory project, liaise with various business and operations teams- Work closely with stakeholders and counterparties to ensure effective project implementation under waterfall and agile approach.- Review functional specification and discuss with IT on fulfilling user requirements in an effective manner.- Update the procedure manual and standard forms after project enhancement, changes in process or improvement in workflow.- Provide post implementation support such as issuing release memo, providing guidelines and training to users, tracking outstanding logs for analysis and making reports for future enhancement.- Collate with users on project cycle and User Acceptable Test (UAT), design a comprehensive plan to ensure all features are being tested.- Assist budget planning and project prioritization.- Guide junior colleagues to develop their analytical skill in system updates and reporting.- Lead the team to handle departmental administration works.
