- Developed and published "Minions Paradise" for EA, the highest install velocity EA mobile game to date with over 35 million installs in less than 3 months- Minions Paradise was selected as Editors Choice in the App Store for multiple countries, and was featured numerous times by both Apple and Google- Minions Paradise maintained 0 down time, despite having the single biggest launch day, and 5 major content releases to date, where I played an important role as our team's build engineer- Programmed game AI, coded various gameplay elements, such as dynamic item and task generation, and polished UI elements- Played a key role in the creation of popular features, including a player-driven Marketplace that earned high praise and company rewards for its ingenuity and quality- Increased player engagement by adding special limited time offers for players to earn or purchaseI thrived in the constantly changing environment at EA, knowing that each Sprint I would be asked to do something new. Designed, programmed and published software as a part of an independent studio. Created mobile apps, computer programs, and games using C# and the Unity3D engine. These projects included: "Standing for Something", a challenging puzzle-game designed for Christian youth. "Flower Cascade" which debuted at the Phoenix Art Museum as a part of the "Art of Gaming"​ exhibit. It was also featured in a magazine, Geek 411. Flower Cascade was then published on Google Play where it earned a very high rating and positive feedback."Burn It Down!" is an education app published to the Android market. It simulates forest fires and teaches real-world applications for mathematics."Flower Burst" is a free-to-play mobile game that features 35 levels of brick-breaking fun. Custom physics code also makes this a great educational tool. It teaches dot product, cross product, vector addition and multiplication, matrix addition and multiplication, among other things."Cor Seeker" is browser-based computer game. I handled gameplay programming, by coding the player's character. I created jump physics, added a countdown timer, and wrote basic collision detection. I also added environment textures, coded a speed boost, and provided player controls for both keyboard and an Xbox controller. Cor Seeker spawned in under 48-hour as a part of the 2013 Global Game Jam. In Phoenix, it won a “Best Gameplay" Award!

Taught the "Game Engine Programming" course. This university class focused on creating a basic physics engine, covering collision detection, vector reflection, matrix math, and building a quaternion class, among other things. Input management, finite state machines, and sprite animation were also taught.I also wrote the curriculum for other design and programming classes. Rapid Prototyping and Experimental Games (GAM375) challenges students to create weekly experimental prototypes. Applied Game Development (GAM404) focuses on the internet and computer software by creating and supporting a multiplayer online environment.

Taught elementary school students how to program robots using game-like tasks and activities. Students learned basic programming concepts. Also, wrote the curriculum. Goals started with simple "task-based, goal-driven" programming (3rd/4th grade) to competing in FIRST Lego League (5th/6th grade). Placed emphasis on how to apply math and science in the real world.
